The elaboration of specific intervention plans in Prato della Valle allows the latter to be developed as follows:- a model for the realization of a project that foresees maintenance as a constant state of the monument; - the monument intended as a meeting and experimentation point for ancient technologies and current techniques;- the eighteenth-century financing for the construction of Prato della Valle as an anticipatory model of private support for the conservation of the monument over the years.
