An articulator concept between the built and immaterial heritage and the living space is the cultural landscape,which is designed by the inhabitants of a territory and socially constructed. Some models of assessment and management of landscapes, environment and heritage have been proposed in this article: Alfonso Garmendia [GARMENDIA et al.Al, 2005], Luis Castelli [CASTELLI et al., 2007], A. Muñoz-Pedreros [MUNOZ-PEDREROS, 2004], and finally the Andalusian Cultural Landscape Laboratory [LPC, 2011]. These authors present their assessment and management methods easily and for projects of varying scope. The author also presents the study carried out previously on the fragile landscape in the university city of Concepción, Chile [OJEDA, 2011]. This is a study that shows how wealth can be studied through the landscape, and its fragility, that is, how important it is for a society this kind of places, artifacts and built spaces.

Un concepto articulador entre el patrimonio construido e inmaterial y el espacio habitado es el paisaje cultural,el cual es concebido por los habitantes de un territorio y construido socialmente. Algunos de los modelos deevaluación y gestión de paisajes, ambiente y patrimonio han sido propuestos en el presente artículo: Alfonso Garmendia [GARMENDIA et Al., 2005], Luis Castelli [CASTELLI et al., 2007], A. Muñoz-Pedreros [MUNOZ-PEDREROS, 2004], y finalmente, el Laboratorio del Paisaje Cultural Andaluz [LPC, 2011]. Estos autores presentan sus métodos de evaluación y gestión de forma sencilla y para proyectos de diversos alcances. La autoraademás presenta el estudio que se realizó anteriormente sobre la fragilidad paisajística en la ciudad universitariade Concepción, Chile [OJEDA, 2011]. Este es un estudioque muestra cómo se puede estudiar el patrimonioa través del paisaje, y su fragilidad, es decir, cuánimportante es para una sociedad este tipos de lugares, artefactos y espacios construidos.
