Résumé en anglais
From his previous research findings, he surmises that from heritage trees being identified with cultural values, to cities and historic cores developing ways to improve biodiversity within their districts, these topics point to strengthening links between nature and culture as an important initiative of urban heritage management in the future. Cave sites like Chauvet Cave in France adopted 3D replication techniques to innovatively tell the story of their famous rock art, while protecting the real site from possible damage from visitors. Three cases showed potential points of discourse of the blurring lines between cultural and natural heritage management in the future.
