We are living in a world of change and perpetual motion. Needs, possibilities and tastes change. The traditional environment of man changes invariably. We react to this by protecting the different cultural values and their context in space. However, this has already proved insufficient. Even if we succeed in preserving the valuable fragments of the environment, the national character, the specifics of the national landscape formed in the process of national development are threatened.
