The fundamental relationship that should exist between the goods under the Cultural Heritage and the men who represent the living generations of cultural traditions that gave birth, priority should always be other criteria to apply in respect of such property. Only then can we approach the "social conscience" on which we have spoken many times, we have spent so many meetings and events like this thematic section of the Scientific Symposium brings us together.

La fundamental relación que debe existir entre los bienes integrantes del Patrimonio Cultural y los hombres que representan las generaciones vivas de las tradicionesculturales que los gestaron, debería ser siempre prioritaria a cualquier otro criterio a aplicarse en relación a dichos bienes.Sólo así podremos acercarnos a la “conciencia social” sobre la que hemos hablado tantas veces, a la que hemos dedicadotantos encuentros y eventos, como la presente sección temática del Simposio Científico que nos congrega.
