Résumé en anglais
The new frontiers created after the First World War, left unchanged after the Second World War not only failed to alleviate the minority problems but actually aggravated them. In democratic and humanist societies, the culture and heritage of minorities is in no way endangered. It is recognized by the majority that the culture of the minority contributes towards the country's historic heritage making it more complete and varied. The situation concerning the architectural heritage of the minorities in the region is extremely varied. There are good and shocking examples.
